2. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide our core service (transforming your photos into AI art), PicsPaw integrates with Google's Generative AI APIs (specifically the Gemini API). By using our app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The photos and text prompts you submit are securely transmitted to Google's AI servers for processing.
• No Permanent Storage: Neither PicsPaw nor Google's API uses your submitted images for training purposes, and they are not permanently stored on our servers. Once the generation is complete, the images are returned to your device and discarded by the cloud service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the PicsPaw application.
• To process your transactions and manage your generation credits.
• To serve relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob) for users on the ad-supported tier.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your generated full-quality images are saved directly to your device's local storage. Your credit balance and transaction history are stored securely using Google Cloud Firestore. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal data. You can delete your generated images directly from your device at any time.
