Welcome to PicsPaw! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicsPaw mobile application and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PicsPaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. AI Content Generation

PicsPaw utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services (Google's Gemini API) to generate images and text based on user inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content can sometimes be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
• You are solely responsible for the images and text prompts you submit to the service.
• You must not use the service to generate illegal, non-consensual, explicit, or otherwise harmful content.

3. Credits and In-App Purchases

PicsPaw uses a credit system for generating and exporting high-quality images.

• Purchases: Credits can be purchased through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases. All payments are handled by the respective app stores.
• Usage: One (1) credit grants the ability to export one full-quality generated image.
• No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play or Apple App Store). Unused credits may be eligible for a refund by contacting support.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By using PicsPaw, you grant us a temporary license to process these photos solely for the purpose of returning the AI-generated result to you. We do not claim ownership over the AI-generated images you create, and you are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

PicsPaw is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data or interruptions of service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
